Protocol A: Neuro-Acoustic Detox

Objective: Eliminate sensory overload. Reset dopamine baseline.

Day 01

Arrival & Digital Severance

  • 14:00 Tech Surrender. All devices (phones, laptops) are deposited in a Faraday cage safe. Emergency contact line provided to your EA/Family.
  • 16:00 Biometric Baseline. Blood pressure, HRV scan, and cortisol saliva test performed by the Mobile Medical Unit.
  • 20:00 The Last Meal. Transition to a ketogenic diet (high fat, low carb) to stabilize blood glucose for the upcoming fast.
Days 02 – 05

The Deep Void (Noble Silence)

  • 08:00 Waking without Alarm. Circadian light exposure. No verbal communication permitted (Noble Silence protocol).
  • 11:00 Sensory Deprivation. 60-minute floating session in magnesium-saturated water to strip away gravity and proprioceptive input.
  • 22:00 Dark Sky Gazing. Guided exposure to the Milky Way in the Dark Sky Reserve. Retinal adaptation to true darkness to boost melatonin production.
Days 06 – 07

Re-Integration

  • 09:00 Cognitive Testing. Repeating baseline tests to measure improvements in focus and reaction time.
  • 12:00 The Dopamine Protocol. Workshop on managing digital inputs upon return to the city. Creating your “Digital Walls.”

Protocol B: Hormetic Stress Camp

Objective: Trigger biological upgrades via controlled stress (Hormesis).

Day 01

The Stress Test

  • 10:00 Cardio-Metabolic Scan. VO2 Max testing and lactate threshold analysis. Establishing your “Zones”.
  • 15:00 Cold Tolerance Check. Initial 3-minute exposure to 4°C water monitored by a physician.
Days 02 – 08

The Forge (Daily Routine)

  • 06:00 Wim Hof Protocol. 4 rounds of retention breathing followed by immediate cold immersion (Lake or Ice Bath).
  • 10:00 Rucking Expedition. 15km march with 15kg weighted packs through rugged terrain. Zone 2 heart rate maintenance.
  • 17:00 Contrast Therapy. 20 min Sauna (90°C) / 2 min Cold Plunge (4°C) x 3 cycles. Vascular dilation and constriction training.
Days 09 – 10

Recovery & Synthesis

  • All Day Deep Rest. No physical exertion. Massage therapy, localized cryotherapy, and nutrient IVs to accelerate muscle repair.

Protocol C: The Metabolic Monk

Objective: Gut-Brain Axis repair and cortisol elimination.

Day 01

Microbiome Mapping

  • 08:00 Gut Analysis. Stool sample collection for microbiome diversity sequencing. Food sensitivity panel.
  • 18:00 Elimination Dinner. A meal strictly free of lectins, gluten, and sugar. Focusing on prebiotics (fibers) to feed healthy bacteria.
Days 02 – 06

Shinrin-Yoku & Zazen

  • 07:00 Zazen Meditation. 45 minutes of seated silence facing a blank wall (“Shikantaza”) to train attention control.
  • 11:00 Forest Bathing. 3-hour guided slow movement in the dense pine forest. Inhaling phytoncides (tree oils) to boost NK immune cells.
  • 16:00 Vagus Nerve Stimulation. Using electrical transcutaneous devices (tVNS) and humming/chanting exercises to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Day 07

The Blueprint

  • 10:00 Nutritional Roadmap. Receiving your 30-day meal plan based on your gut analysis. Departure.
