For those who need to disappear. Bieszczady and Biebrza offer the lowest population density in Central Europe. This is “The Void”—a place where the lack of stimuli forces the brain into a state of deep rest. Ideal for dopamine detox and strategic thinking.

Logistics & Access

We handle all logistics “door-to-door”. For remote zones (Zone I & IV), we primarily use helicopter transfers (Robinson R66 or Airbus H130) directly to the property or the nearest secure landing zone. Alternatively, we provide armoured SUV transport (Mercedes G-Class) with a trained driver for a scenic, secure transfer.
Yes. While the architecture varies (e.g., a modern villa in Mazury vs. a timber lodge in Bieszczady), the “Havena Operational Layer” is identical. Every property is retrofitted with the same water filtration systems, HEPA air scrubbers, organic bedding (Eight Sleep), and medical tech stack before you arrive.

Medical Grid

Safety is paramount. 1. Our Mobile Units carry emergency resuscitation equipment (AED, Oxygen). 2. We have established “Green Corridors” with the nearest regional hospitals (SOR) in Rzeszów, Gdańsk, and Olsztyn. 3. Air Ambulance extraction is available 24/7 if required.
You do not travel to a lab; the lab travels to you. Our Mobile Unit (a modified Sprinter van) arrives at your villa. It is equipped with centrifugation, cold storage for samples, and basic imaging. Samples are transported to Warsaw/Berlin for analysis same-day.

Lifestyle & Protocol

Absolutely. Winter is a prime therapeutic season. Locations like Suwalszczyzna (“The Polish Cold Pole”) are ideal for Cold Exposure Therapy (Wim Hof Method) in natural conditions. Air quality in our specific zones remains pristine due to distance from industrial centers.
Yes. Havena Sanctuaries are exclusive rentals—you take the entire property. Families are welcome, though we recommend the “Forest” or “Aero” zones for children. Pets are permitted in specific villas (please verify with Concierge).
We operate on a “Phantom Service” model. Staff (Chef, Housekeeping) have separate entrances and quarters. They appear only when requested or for scheduled service, ensuring you feel completely alone in the wild, yet fully supported.
